Why these settings

Dimebag's tone requires aggressive, scooped solid-state high gain that the Frontman 20G's built-in drive channel cannot produce cleanly without fizzing out. The Frontman 20G faceplate features only Gain, Volume, Drive Select, Bass, and Treble (mid, presence, and reverb are absent and set to null). To prevent double-gain mush while using the recommended high-gain distortion pedal, keep the Frontman on the Clean channel with Gain low and Treble elevated to compensate for single-coil Strat pickups.
