Compensate by pushing mids to 8 (vs the original's ~7) and pulling treble down to 5 to avoid ice-pick highs. The Drive channel provides the gain here; max out gain would turn muddy on this amp, so 7 keeps definition. Your Stagg SES60 has dual humbuckers similar in output to Eddie's PAF, so no pickup compensation needed.

PRO TIPTune down to Eb standard before playing. Eddie's attack came from picking directly over the bridge pickup with the fleshy part of his thumb grazing strings for those signature pinch harmonics on the turnaround—practice hitting the harmonic node about 1 inch from the bridge.
