Why these settings

The Glarry GA-20 is a small solid-state practice amp with limited headroom and a neutral-to-dark voicing. Iommi's Laney ran with zero bass and maxed treble/mids — your amp won't have that same treble bite, so I've pushed mids to 8 and dropped bass to 2 to compensate. Your Strat's single coils are brighter but lower output than Iommi's SG humbuckers, so the overdrive pedal gain is set to 6 to make up the difference without getting fizzy. The original recording is bone dry — no reverb.

PRO TIPIommi's attack is critical — he picks hard and slightly palm-mutes the low E string on the main riff. Dig in with the pick near the bridge for that tight, percussive chunk; playing soft will lose the riff's aggression entirely.
