The Spider 3's Insane channel is your closest match to the Diezel VH4's tight high-gain voicing. I've pushed mids to 6 (original was around 4-5 on the Diezel) because the Spider 3 is naturally scooped and fizzy in Insane mode—extra mids recover note definition. Bass dropped to 4 to tighten the low-end; the Spider's bass response is looser than the VH4's. Without a fuzz pedal, the amp gain alone will sound modern and saturated rather than gated and sputtering—this is a compromise.
