The SLO-100 is famous for high-gain lead saturation, but its Normal channel set to Clean provides a clear, high-headroom platform. Use the middle pickup position with coil-taps pulled (if using the LP Modern's push-pull pots) to capture the signature snappy R&B rhythm tone.
