Why these settings

The original Randall solid-state has a stiff, uncompressed attack that tubes can't replicate exactly. Your SLO-100 is a high-gain tube amp with more midrange presence and natural compression—drop gain to 6 (the SLO saturates earlier and blooms more than the Randall), scoop mids harder to 3, and pull treble back to 6 to avoid the SLO's brighter top-end adding fizz. The tube compression will soften the percussive attack slightly, but the SLO's tight low-end tracking gets close.
