01Electro-Harmonix Electric Mistress (or any flanger)
RECOMMENDED — not currently owned. Essential for the swirling pulse. Set slow rate, wide range for that haunting sweep.
02Digital Delay #1 (Boss DD-7, MXR Carbon Copy, or similar)
RECOMMENDED — not currently owned. Set to 380ms (dotted-eighth at ~120bpm). This is the backbone of the entire tone—high mix, 7-8 repeats. Without this pedal, the song does not work.
03Digital Delay #2 (second delay unit)
