Why these settings

David Gilmour tracked this solo using a Ram's Head Big Muff pushing a loud, pristine Hiwatt DR103. On the Marshall MG30CFX, keep the channel on pure Clean with gain low (2) and run your SD-1 as the primary drive stage, cutting the SD-1 Tone knob slightly to tame solid-state harshness. Pushing the Marshall's Mid control compensates for the naturally scooped single coils in the Tagima TG530.

PRO TIPRoll the Tagima bridge pickup tone knob back to around 8 to round off aggressive high-frequency bite and pick with the side of your thumb lightly touching the string for smooth harmonic sustain.
