The Blackstar ID:Core's ISF should be set fully clockwise (British/Marshall voicing) to get closer to the Randall's focused midrange attack. Your GRG170DX's Infinity humbuckers are moderate output compared to Dime's hot L-500 XLs — compensate by pushing mids to 8 and presence to 8 for cut. The ID:Core lacks the Randall's solid-state tightness in the low-end, so bass is dropped to 5 to prevent mud on palm mutes.
