Why these settings

The original uses a Telecaster's bright bridge pickup into a tube amp with TS9 compression. Your Strat's bridge is thinner and harsher, so use position 4 (bridge+middle) and roll tone to 6 to warm it up. The ID:Core's Crunch voice approximates the Peavey Classic's EL84-style breakup. ISF should sit at 12 o'clock (neutral) or slightly clockwise toward British voicing for that mid-push.
