Why these settings

Your Ibanez GIO has hotter ceramic humbuckers vs Slash's low-output Alnico IIs, so gain is dropped from the original 7 to 6 to avoid mud. The ID:Core's ISF at 3 o'clock mimics the Jubilee's British mid-bark. Treble is pulled to 5 (vs original 6.5) because ceramics are inherently brighter and the Blackstar's treble center is higher than a Jubilee. Rolling the tone knob to 7 softens the attack for that vocal quality.
