The original Dual Rectifier is darker and more scooped than your DSL, which has a pronounced mid-forward British bark. I dropped mid to 4 (vs original's 5) to approximate the Rectifier scoop, and pushed bass +1 to compensate for your Strat's thinner single-coil low-end vs the PRS humbucker. Rolling tone to 6 tames the Strat's ice-pick highs that a humbucker wouldn't produce. The DSL's Ultra Gain channel gets you in the ballpark without a Big Muff—you'll lose some of that syrupy fuzz compression but retain clarity.
