Why these settings

Your Strat's single coils are brighter and lower output than Slash's Alnico II humbuckers, so I pushed mids to 8 (vs original 8.5) and dropped treble to 6 (vs original 7) to avoid ice-pick highs. Bass reduced to 4 because the ID:Core with ISF cranked British already thickens low-mids, and single coils don't need as much low-end boost. Gain stays at 7 — the Strat's lower output means you need every bit of it to hit the same saturation point.

PRO TIPRoll your Strat's tone knob to 7 to tame the single-coil ice-pick on the high strings — Slash's humbuckers naturally roll off around 4-5kHz where your Strat will spike. For the clean middle section, roll your volume knob down to 4-5; the ID:Core cleans up reasonably well on OD1.
