Why these settings

Your Dual Rectifier is the correct amp family for this tone — both it and the Uberschall are high-gain, EL34/6L6 modern metal amps with similar voicing. Use the Orange/Modern channel for the tightest response. The Pacifica's Alnico V humbucker in the bridge is lower output than Schecter's active-style pickups, so gain stays at 7 rather than dropping it. Without the SD-1 to tighten the low end, you may find the chug slightly looser — consider backing bass to 5 if it gets muddy.

PRO TIPPalm mute directly over the bridge saddles, not further up the strings — this is critical for the tight, percussive chug on the main riff. The Rectifier's loose low-end becomes an asset when your muting is precise.
