Why these settings

The original uses a scooped, bright Fender clean as the foundation. Your MG30CFX is naturally mid-forward like all Marshalls, so I dropped treble to 4 and kept mids neutral at 5 to approximate the Fender's openness. The low gain setting keeps the preamp clean — Parker's saturation comes from studio processing and pedals, not amp breakup. Without a phaser, you will miss the core psychedelic movement of this tone.

PRO TIPUse your picking hand positioned over the neck pickup (not the bridge) and pick very lightly — Parker's clean tones rely on soft attack dynamics. If your Cort has coil-splitting, engage it for a thinner, more single-coil-like response closer to the Rickenbacker jangle.
