Your Mustang LT25 lacks a real Vibroverb model, so the Deluxe Reverb is the closest Fender blackface voice. Gain is pushed to 7 because you have no external pedal—the amp must do the work SRV's cranked Vibroverb did. Mid at 7 compensates for typical Fender scoop and replicates the TS9's mid-hump. Use the built-in overdrive as your Tube Screamer substitute. Your Am Pro II Strat's V-Mod pickups are hotter and brighter than SRV's '59 units, so treble stays at 6 rather than higher.

PRO TIPSRV's attack came from heavy strings (.013-.058) and aggressive picking right over the neck pickup. You can fake the string tension feel by picking harder and closer to the neck—dig in with the pick angled slightly, and let notes bloom rather than clipping them short.
