Why these settings

The HB-20R solid-state drive channel lacks the low-end headroom of Mick Thomson's Rivera Knucklehead, so bass is capped at 6 to prevent the 8-inch speaker from farting out in Drop B. Mids are dialed back to 4 for modern metal aggression while treble is pushed to 7 to replicate active EMG 81 bite on passive humbuckers. Adding a dedicated high-gain distortion pedal into the clean channel will dramatically tighten the low-end punch.

PRO TIPTune to Drop B using heavy gauge strings (at least 11-56) and dig into the strings hard right next to the bridge saddles to get the percussive attack of the main riff without mud.
