Dimebag's tone relied on a solid-state Randall RG100 driven hard with an aggressive mid-scoop via external Furman PQ-3 and MXR EQs. On the NUX MG-300, select the high-gain Fireman amp model with the EQ block placed to pull out boxy mids around 630Hz-1.4kHz while boosting extreme highs. Your SG Modern's bridge humbucker has plenty of punch, so keep guitar volume and tone maxed for razor-sharp pick attack.
