The JCM900 is a tube amp with a strong natural midrange, whereas Dimebag achieved his cutting tone with solid-state clipping and outboard parametric/graphic EQ shaping. To mimic his severe mid-scoop on a Marshall, cut mids down to 2 and push presence and treble high for that razor-edge attack. Keep the amp gain pushed to 9 on the Lead channel to maximize saturation from the Ibanez IBZ-6 bridge humbucker.
