Because you own the authentic Boss DS-1 as your primary gain source, the Mustang LT25 is set to its clean platform model (Twin Clean) with amp gain dropped to 2 to prevent muddy double-gain stacking. The Mustang LT25 faceplate has no physical Mid or Presence knobs, so both are nulled and EQ is balanced via Bass and Treble. The Boss DS-1 tone is backed off to 4 to prevent the bright Fender single-coil Mustang bridge pickup from becoming excessively harsh.

PRO TIPFor the intro and verse swirl, keep the Small Clone's Depth switch flipped UP to max out the pitch wobble, and hit power chords aggressively right above the bridge pickup to emulate Kurt's percussive attack.
