Why these settings

The Marshall MG15FX lacks an onboard gated fuzz circuit, so run the amp on channel OD2 with gain at 8 to achieve maximum tight saturation on your own gear. Keep bass centered at 5 to avoid 8-inch speaker flub while pushing mids and treble to 7 for the aggressive industrial bite. If you add a Fuzz Factory or gated fuzz pedal later, switch the amp to the Clean channel and drop gain to 2.

PRO TIPMute firmly with your picking hand right after each staccato chord hit to manually simulate the dead-silent velcro cutoff of Matt Bellamy's internal Fuzz Factory gate.
