Why these settings

The Mustang LT25's 'Metal 2000' model is the closest voicing to a high-gain Mesa. Your Strat's single-coil bridge is significantly lower output and brighter than Hetfield's EMG 81 humbucker, so bass is dropped from 6 to 5 to avoid flub and treble stays at 7 rather than pushing higher — the single-coil already has plenty of cut. Mid stays scooped at 3 to match the Mark IIC+ character. The LT25 has no presence knob.

PRO TIPAll downpicks, palm-muted tight against the bridge — the attack consistency is 90% of this tone. Dig in hard and keep your picking hand locked; upstrokes will thin out the chunk immediately.
