Why these settings

The MG15FX OD1 channel is Marshall-voiced with more mid presence than the scooped Rectifier. Dropped mid to 3 to compensate. The GT-1 TS block tightens the flubby solid-state low-end the way a real Screamer would into the Dual Rec. No presence knob on this amp. Reverb off — the original is bone dry.

PRO TIPPalm-mute directly over the bridge saddles for maximum percussive thunk. The guitar part in Faint is secondary to the strings and turntables — keep it tight and stay out of the mid frequencies or you'll fight the mix.
