Why these settings

Original used a clean Randall channel at very low gain for warmth without breakup. The Mooer Hornet's clean channel is voiced similarly neutral, so gain stays at 2 for headroom. Mid pushed to 7 to capture the vocal quality of Dime's outro tone. Treble pulled to 5 because the Hornet can get brittle on cleans. The Hornet lacks presence and reverb knobs — use the delay's ambient repeats and chorus bloom to fill the space instead.

PRO TIPThe magic is in the volume knob swells — roll your guitar volume down before picking, then swell up slowly on sustained notes for that orchestral, weeping quality. Dime's vibrato here is wide and slow, completely different from his aggressive driven-tone shake.
