01ProCo RAT2
Primary gain source — amp stays clean, RAT provides the saturation and bite
The Katana Mini has no presence or reverb controls — nulled. Original Hellwin is a tight high-gain head; the Mini's Brown channel is Marshall-voiced and cannot reach that saturation alone. RAT2 in front with amp gain at 3 keeps definition and avoids mud — the RAT's Filter at 4 tames fizz while preserving attack. Mid pushed to 7 compensates for the Mini's smaller speaker losing low-mid body vs the original 4x12 V30 cab.
