Why these settings

The Ek Audio Mockr is an unknown/unverified unit — I've provided settings assuming a Marshall-voiced high-gain channel typical of budget modeling amps. Your Pacifica 112V has an Alnico V humbucker in the bridge position with moderate output, close to the original's hot single-humbucker superstrat voicing. Mid is set slightly scooped (4) to replicate the '80s glam scoop; treble is pushed (7) to compensate for the Pacifica's slightly warmer voicing vs a Charvel. Without an overdrive pedal, you may find the palm mutes less defined — a TS-style pedal is the single best upgrade for this tone.
