Why these settings

The Mustang LT25's British 70's model approximates the Plexi voicing. Your PRS humbuckers are hotter and fuller than EVH's Destroyer, so I dropped treble from the original's 7 to 6 and bass from 6 to 5 to avoid mud. Gain at 8 compensates for the lack of an EQ pedal boost. The original had minimal room reverb from plate—set to 2 for ambience without washing out the attack.

PRO TIPEVH's right-hand attack was critical—pick hard right over the bridge pickup with slight palm muting on the low strings to get that percussive 'chug' on the main riff, then release for the sustained notes.
