Your Strat's single coils are brighter and lower output than the original Gibson humbuckers, so I pushed mids to 7 (vs typical Marshall 5-6) to compensate for the Strat's natural mid-scoop, and rolled treble back to 5 to tame the Fender brightness. Gain at 5 gives you singing sustain without fizz — the Mustang's modeling won't nail Marshall sag, but the British 80s preset gets closest.
