The Marshall Valvestate 8100 is a solid-state/tube-hybrid with a tighter, more aggressive midrange than the Mesa Rectifier's scooped modern voicing. Dropped mid from 5→4 to approach the Rectifier's V-shaped scoop. Raised treble from 6→7 because the 8100's high end is less fizzy than a Recto and needs more to cut. Bass dropped from 7→5 because the 8100's solid-state low end stays tight where a Recto would bloom — too much bass here turns muddy. Your Duesenberg's passive humbuckers have lower output and more midrange warmth than Kruspe's active EMGs, so the slightly scooped mid and boosted treble compensate for that rounder voicing.

PRO TIPTune to Drop C (C-G-C-F-A-D) — the riff loses its crushing weight in standard or Drop D. Palm mute directly over the bridge saddles for that percussive 'chunk' attack; drifting toward the neck softens it. The 8100's OD2 channel gets you 85% of the Rectifier aggression; if you want the last 15%, a Tube Screamer or SD-1 in front with drive at 2-3 and level at 7 tightens the low end further.
