Why these settings

The MG10 is a solid-state Marshall with inherently mid-forward voicing versus the scooped Fender original. Treble dropped from the original's 3.5-4 to 5 on your Marshall because the MG's treble is less shrill. Mid pushed to 6 to capture the RAT's gritty midrange since you lack the pedal. For clean verses, drop gain to 2 and use the clean channel. The VS6 has humbuckers versus the original's single-coil Telecaster—tone knob rolled to 7 thins out the low-mid thickness.
