Dimebag's signature attack comes from a solid-state Randall pushed with an outboard parametric EQ scoop, whereas the HT Club 40 MkII is a warm tube amp. To compensate, engage the OD Voice switch for tight modern gain, pull the ISF down to 3 for aggressive American bite, scoop the amp's mid control down to 2, and push treble to 9. A standalone graphic EQ in the effects loop is recommended to recreate the extreme razor-sharp 800Hz cut of the original studio track.
