The Katana 50 MkII's Lead amp type provides the sharp, tight attack needed to emulate Dimebag's solid-state Randall Century 200. Mids are pulled back to 3 while treble is pushed to 8 to recreate the signature scooped core with aggressive top-end bite on passive Les Paul humbuckers. The Katana 50 faceplate lacks a presence knob, so upper harmonic cut is dialed purely through the treble control and onboard boost.
