Why these settings

The Marshall DSL1HR is inherently mid-focused compared to Dimebag's solid-state Randall and parametric EQ scoop, so the amp Middle is pulled down hard to 2 while pushing Bass and Treble. The DSL1HR head does not feature a dedicated Presence knob, so top-end bite is driven via the Treble control. The Tone Shift button on the DSL1HR should be engaged to further scoop the mids to mimic the RG100/PQ-3 stack.

PRO TIPDig in hard with the edge of a heavy pick right next to the bridge pickup, and apply wide, fast, vibrato using your entire wrist to get the notes to bloom into natural pinch harmonics.
