Why these settings

The Fender practice amp is an unrecognized model with a basic two-band layout, so mid and presence controls are nulled. To approximate Dime's razor-sharp solid-state bite without outboard EQs, drive the amp's lead channel hard while pushing both bass and treble to simulate his signature scooped high-gain profile. A dedicated EQ pedal and delay will dramatically close the gap to the recorded studio solo.

PRO TIPDimebag's pick attack relies on aggressive downstrokes using heavy, sharp picks held close to the tip, allowing effortless pinch harmonics across the entire fretboard.
