Why these settings

The Fender Champion 40 lacks a dedicated mid knob (bass/treble only), so select the high-gain Metal 2000 voice which inherently delivers the scooped, razor-sharp solid-state response of Dime's Randall rig. With lower-output single coils on the Telecaster Thinline, push gain to 9 and roll tone back slightly to 8 to tame excessive single-coil top-end harshness. Use the amp's onboard Reverb+Delay FX type (FX level around 5) to replicate the soaring studio ambience without external pedals.
