The Randall RG100ES is a tight solid-state high-gain amp; your JCM900 is a tube head with more midrange presence and looser low-end. Dropped mid to 2 (vs Dime's 3-4) because the JCM900 is inherently mid-forward where the Randall is naturally scooped. Bass raised to 7 to compensate for the JCM's tighter low-end response vs the Randall's massive solid-state bass. Without the MXR 6-band EQ that Dime used for the extreme V-scoop, you won't hit the full surgical precision of the original—a 6-band or 10-band EQ pedal in the loop would get you closer.
