Why these settings

The Mustang LT25's Metal 2000 model is your closest match to the Randall's solid-state aggression. I dropped treble from 8 to 7 because the Fender modeling runs brighter than the Randall's mid-focused voicing. Bass bumped +1 to compensate for the smaller 8-inch speaker losing low-end authority. Mid stays scooped at 3 to replicate Dime's signature V-curve that the MXR EQ created. The LT25 has no presence knob.

PRO TIPDimebag's right-hand precision is 90% of this tone — plant your palm firmly on the bridge saddles and use aggressive downstrokes with the pick angled slightly toward the neck to get that tight, percussive chunk on the low E string chugs.
