Why these settings

Your Strat's single-coil bridge is brighter and lower-output than Dimebag's L-500XL humbucker, so I dropped treble by 0.5 from the original and kept mid at 2 — the MXR EQ does the heavy scooping work. The Spark MINI's modeling handles high-gain well, but choose the tightest metal model available. The SD-1 is left out because the amp model provides the saturation; stacking it would muddy the tight Pantera chug.

PRO TIPDimebag palm-muted with his pick angled sharply and attacked close to the bridge for maximum tightness — on a Strat, anchor your palm firmly on the bridge saddles and pick directly over the pole pieces to get that percussive 'chunk' despite the single coil's thinner voice.
