01Boss DS-1 Distortion
Main gain source into the front input of the Mooer GE150
Per double-gain prevention, the owned Boss DS-1 provides the primary grit, so the Mooer GE150 amp model is set to a clean Fender US Twin with gain dropped to 2. Kurt relied on heavy midrange thrust for this main riff, so the amp model's mid control is bumped to compensate for the DS-1's natural mid-scoop. The Mustang bridge single-coil provides the authentic biting high-end snap heard on the Albini recording.
