Why these settings

The Fender SP.10 is a small practice amp with only gain, bass, treble, and volume — no mid, presence, or reverb knobs. I set gain at 3 to get slight warmth without breakup (the original was edge-of-clean, not distorted). Bass raised to 6 because your Strat's single-coils are brighter and thinner than Cobain's Jaguar humbuckers. Treble at 5 keeps it from getting ice-picky through the small speaker.

PRO TIPTune down a whole step to D standard (D-G-C-F-A-D) — this is critical for the riff to sit in the right register and have that thick, lazy feel. Roll your Strat's tone knob to 5 to tame the single-coil brightness and get closer to the Jaguar's darker neck voicing.
