The RECTI OR amp block delivers the foundational scooped modern high-gain chunk, while the HM Heavy block placed in front provides the abrasive high-frequency chainsaw bite of the original HM-2 blend. Passive Epiphone humbuckers need slightly more treble bite and high-mid push from the HM block to mimic Max Cavalera's active EMG 81 attack. Mid is scooped to 3 on the amp model to capture the abrasive industrial Point Blank scoop without completely washing out note definition in low tuning.
