Why these settings

The Fender Jaguar's shorter scale and single-coil pickups produce less natural output and more top-end spike compared to Ray Toro and Frank Iero's humbuckers. To compensate, the TS9 boost block tightens the bass before hitting the Brit 800 model, while the guitar's tone knob is backed off slightly to smooth out excessive bite without losing punch. The MG-300's Brit 800 amp block carries strong mids at 8 to capture that signature mid-2000s post-hardcore crunch.

PRO TIPHit all power chords with aggressive downpicking near the bridge to recreate the tight, percussive chug heard on the main rhythm track.
