Original used mid around 4-6 on the Recto; the Katana Brown is already mid-scooped, so backing mid to 3 gets that nu-metal scoop without disappearing. The SD-1 at drive 0 tightens the low-end flub that 7-string tunings create—Munky used the Recto's tight modern mode, the SD-1 compensates for the Katana's looser low-end response.
