Why these settings

The Mustang LT25 uses the 'Rock 80s' voice to capture the JCM800 midrange bite without needing external pedals. Because the Squier Strat's single-coil bridge pickup is thinner and brighter than Neal Schon's Les Paul humbuckers, treble is rolled back to 5 and guitar tone to 8 while mids are pushed to 7 for extra body. The LT25 faceplate has no presence knob, so presence is null.

PRO TIPRoll your Strat's bridge tone control down slightly to around 7 or 8 and pick near the middle pickup instead of right by the bridge saddles to round off the single-coil spike and replicate Schon's thick, singing sustain.
