01COMPRESSOR
Onboard Mustang LT25 stomp block — adds subtle sustain and evens out dynamic fingerpicking and strumming chords
02LARGE HALL
Onboard Mustang LT25 reverb block — set to simulate Buckley's spacious studio/Quadraverb ambience
The DELUXE CLN voice provides the warm blackface Fender tube breakup threshold heard on Buckley's Vibrolux. Using the Stratocaster's neck+middle position rounds off the brittle high-end single-coil bite to recreate his mellow Telecaster rhythm timbre. Setting the internal mid to 5 and treble to 5 prevents the naturally brighter Strat pickups from piercing through the mix. Middle has no knob on the LT25: press the encoder to open the preset, press it again on the amp model, then select MIDDLE on the display and turn the encoder.
