01Built-in MG30CFX FX Section (Chorus)
Engage onboard Chorus mode on the FX dial to replicate the signature CE-2 wobble.
02Boss CE-2W Chorus
RECOMMENDED — not currently owned; adds the authentic analog bucket-brigade depth of the recording.
The MG30CFX Clean channel is dialed with gain at 4 to simulate the mild warmth of a Deluxe Reverb on the verge of breakup without getting fizzy. Because your Player Strat has brighter single coils compared to the original Blacktop Jaguar humbuckers, tone is rolled back to 8 and the neck+middle (position 4) pickup provides the round, woody low-end snap. Use the amp's onboard Chorus and Spring Reverb settings to supply the wet, dreamy texture directly from the unit.
