Why these settings

The Mustang LT25's Metal Lead or Thrash Overkill presets approximate high-gain Rectifier tones. Your LTD M200DX has passive humbuckers vs the original's active EMGs, so gain is pushed to 8 to compensate for lower output. Mid at 4 keeps the modern scoop without disappearing—Hatebreed's tone has more midrange presence than typical nu-metal. Bass is restrained at 6 because the 8-inch speaker will flub out with excessive low-end on palm mutes.

PRO TIPPalm mute HARD and close to the bridge for that tight 'chug' attack—Hatebreed's rhythm tone lives and dies on right-hand muting precision. Pick with the thick part of the pick angled slightly for maximum chunk.
