The Brown amp type emulates the modified plexi character Slash used. Your PRS SE Custom 24 has slightly hotter pickups than Slash's Alnico IIs, so gain is dropped from 8 to 7 and treble pulled back one notch to prevent harshness. Mid stays high at 7 to nail that non-scooped Marshall bark that defines this tone. Bass lowered to 4 to keep the low end tight on the Katana's voiced cab sim.

PRO TIPFor the clean breakdown section, do not change channels—roll your guitar volume knob down to 6 and the Katana's Brown channel will clean up naturally, exactly as Slash did with his non-master-volume Marshall. Roll back up to 10 for the re-entry crunch.
