Your Peavey 110 is a solid-state clean platform, not a tube Marshall with cascading gain stages. Push gain to 8 and master to 7 to drive the amp hard, but it won't give the singing compression Slash gets from power-tube saturation. A TS-style overdrive into a cleaner amp setting (gain 3) gets much closer. Strat neck single-coil is brighter and thinner than Les Paul neck humbucker — roll tone to 7 and boost bass +2 to compensate. Treble cut to 5 prevents ice-pick highs your Strat naturally produces.
