The Electar 10 is a basic solid-state practice amp with limited gain and a Fender-style scooped voicing—the opposite of Slash's mid-heavy cranked Marshall. I pushed mid to 8 and dropped treble to 5 to fight the Strat's natural brightness and the amp's scoop. Your single coils are brighter and lower output than Slash's Alnico II humbuckers, so rolling tone to 7 tames ice-pick highs. Without a drive pedal, you will only get an approximation—the TS-style pedal recommendation is critical for authentic thickness.
